Dinner Party Food Advice |
Cocktail parties are usually set off against dinner parties which presuppose a greater amount of food, more substantial meals and perhaps less beverages. Dinner party recipes tend to be nutritious as there is an unspoken rule to arrive at dinner parties in a starving condition. If your invitees are numerous you should see to each of them if it is possible in such a way that the dinner party menu is liked by everyone. Most likely we will not break any new ground stating that dinner party food is rather a hackneyed matter. People are afraid that their guests will not appraise their culinary endeavours and stick to the same salads, roast meat and all the trimmings. But be sure that your guests will sooner appreciate your creativity than your conformity and traditionalism. Thus think well over the idea of sending them some red-white-and-green invitation cards. State that it is going to be a theme Italian dinner party and that bringing around something "Italian" is a must. Both national symbols and traditional food patterns will do perfectly well. It will be an interesting task and by the way your invitees will be sure to come in a special state of mood corresponding to your Italian dinner party idea. The dinner party menu should obviously include plenty of cheese (an Italian thin pizza is welcome), spicy appetizers, pasta, spaghetti and garlic bread. A good idea is to place a dinner party menu on every guest's plate. This way you will be in no need of telling everyone about the ingredients and origin of your dinner party food, especially if the dishes are not quite famous for your non-Italian guests |
